Working Hours:    Part-time (between 20 and 24hours/week)

Mundo-B is a centre for non-profit organizations active in the environment and sustainable development sector. The centre manages and rents offices and meeting rooms to 50 Belgian and European organizations. The building has been eco-renovated and is sustainably managed. Mundo-B supports synergies between social change organizations, reinforces their visibility and provides them efficient facilities and centralized services. A team of seven people manage the centre on a daily basis.

Position

 

The administrative staff member is the first contact person for the clients, the visitors and the tenants of the centre. It is also him/her who manages the meeting rooms bookings. He/She is part of the centre management team and reports to the Operations Director.

 

He/She will mainly be responsible for the following missions :

-          Welcoming

o    The visitors, the clients, the tenants of the centre

-          Post

o    In and out post and deliveries management

-          Phone

o    Phone calls answering or forwarding

-          Communication

o    Contacts and communication with the tenant organizations 

-          Meeting rooms

o    Management of the meeting rooms bookings

o    Administrative follow-up

o    Support to the meeting rooms users

-          Management of a simple database

-          Management of the building’s access

o    Keys, phobs

-          Administration

o    Invoicing, mailing

 

 

 

 

Profile

 

Education and professional experience 

 

-          Secundary school certificate requested

-          Minimum two years of successful and recent experience in a similar position

 

Skills and abilities

 

-          Working languages : English – French – Dutch

-          Microsoft Office litterate: Word, Outlook, Excel & Internet

-          Organized and systematic person

-          Ability to manage priorities

-          Reactive mind

-          Client oriented

-          An interest in sustainable development or the social change sector is an advantage

 

 

 

Contract details

 

Work place : Brussels

 

Permanent part-time contract (between 20 and 24 hours/week), with a probation period of 3 months.

 

Salary : monthly gross salary between 1033 € and 1.232€ depending on experience (salary scale of the CP 329, level 3).
